OMER’s Bipark is a compact double car stacker that can
lift a car smoothly and quickly into position. It is
compactly designed to allow several vehicles to be
parked in a relatively small space. The platform has
different capacities and dimensions in order to be able to
accommodate SUV’s, 4 wheel-drive vehicles, and even low
clearance sports cars. Moreover, the galvanized platform
structure is designed in such a way to prevent fluids from
the upper vehicle from dripping down on the lower one.

FEATURES
The Bipark, with a highly compact design, reduces the space requirements to the barest minimum, thus
allowing several vehicles to be parked in a relatively small space. The compactness of the electro-hydraulic
assembly and the electrical panel, located at the top of the left-hand column, ensures the utmost efficiency in
minimal space, and allows for the unhindered parking of the car. The simple push button control panel can be
installed in the most convenient position for controlling the lift based on the customer’s specific requirements.
The push button control panel has a mushroom-shaped emergency button and a lockable activation key for
safety and convenience. If several of these units are installed side-by side, the activation keys can all be
uniform, or each one can be different, again, depending on customer need.
This car stacker was designed with both safety and function in mind. It has a unique torsion bar locking
mechanism – a toothed pinion that is integral to the torsion bar itself, and an electro-magnetically operated
safety lock to ensure that the platform can be safely stopped at ANY height, even after departing the highest
possible position. The torsion bar-pinion assembly engages the rack and aligns the platform so that the weight
on the platform does not need to be balanced. This allows for the vehicle to be parked facing forwards or
backwards, or to be offset side to side.
The Bipark is equipped with two hydraulic double-extension lifting cylinders (RAM – manufactured by O.ME.R.
S.p.A.). This permits direct lifting without any auxiliary aids such as cables or chains.
The platform carriage is guided by wheels and molybdenum-disulphide reinforced nylon guides. This
combination reduces friction between column and carriage, and thus lowers the input power requirements for
operation. Moreover, it ensures that the car stacker remains in good working order, guaranteeing a long
lifespan and reducing the need for maintenance.
The vertical lifting height of the platform is set during the initial installation by means of locking steel plates
mounted at the top of the columns, thus guaranteeing safety. By allowing for adjustments to the peak lifting
height, the Bipark is designed to be tailored to the customers’ requirements and environment. When the
platform is raised to maximum height, any type of standard passenger vehicle can be parked underneath, while
still ensuring easy loading and removal of vehicles. In addition, the unique shape of the column significantly
reduces unit dimensions while maximizing the resistance and stiffness properties of the steel.
